What is H B E, Inc.?
HBE, Inc. is a certified representative payee program.
We provide a reliable, fee-based service for recipients of Social Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Income (SSDI ), Dept. of Veterans Affair (V.A.) benefits, Dept. of Labor Black Lung (coalminers) pensions, and other types of pensions, which require a payee (financial manager) to ensure their essential costs of living are covered from their benefit checks prior to any discretionary spending they might do with that money.
Our program was created in response to a need. Many recipients of these types of monies have, in times past, found themselves reliant on third parties who were self-serving or less than reliable with their dispensations of the funds to the qualified recipients themselves.
For a small percentage, HBE, Inc.'s payee program ensures the essentials of life such as shelter, medical, food, personal, and clothing are paid so that the monies are not squandered through carelessness, disability, or unscrupulous exploitation of the recipients.
